How long do deliveries take?


UK and international orders placed online (where all items are in stock) will be despatched within 7 working days. In the UK we send our parcels via Royal Mail Second Class. Delivery will usually take a few days but can take up to 20 days; international deliveries can take longer. Please note that, due to current backlogs caused by the Corona virus pandemic, we have found that Royal Mail delivery times have been delayed, sometimes by a week or more. If your UK order hasn’t arrived 20 days after you receive an email notification confirming despatch, please get in touch with us.




My order includes some items which are in stock, but others are listed as pre order. When will my products be shipped?


We will ship your complete order all together once your pre ordered item is in stock. We always try and give an indication on the website of when the pre ordered item should be back in stock.




What do I do if I think my delivery has gone missing?


If your order is for delivery within the UK and it hasn’t arrived 20 days after you receive an email notification confirming despatch, please get in touch with us. For international orders we can provide you with a tracking number

Placemats

Can you put the Cove Baby silicone placemats in the dishwasher?


Yes! Although after your little-one’s meal we recommend simply removing the mat from the tray and rinsing under the tap or cleaning with some washing-up liquid. As simple as that!




Do you do placemats for highchairs other than the IKEA Antilop highchair?


At the moment we only sell placemats for the IKEA Antilop highchair. But we are always looking to expand our product range.




Do suction plates work with the Cove Baby Placemats?


They do! The silicone material means the Cove Baby placemat grips to the tray. Please note though that, just like the suction plates, your baby may be able to lift the suction plate and the Placemat. Our placemats are also made from FDA approved silicone and designed for eating off, to make baby-led weaning easier, so equally you can let your little one eat directly off the Cove Baby Placemat too.
